At Global Savings Group, we provide our White Label partnerships with a product that serves coupon users needs while adding value and revenue to media platforms across the globe. As the lead designer for this project, I was tasked to evaluate one of our themes and optimize it for higher conversion and improved user experience.
Problem
In order to increase the Search Engine Marketing team's KPI's of increased clickout for the user, we wanted to optimize the voucher card design. The old design look outdated and needed finessing.
Solution
A responsive solution that encompasses a bold UI while improving estate and offer readability to the user.
Success Metrics
Since the redesign back in late 2018, we found an overall uplift as 12 out of 14 markets showed an uplift average of 19% in user clickouts and transaction.
